The first successful check establishes a baseline. Later changes from unavailable to available trigger alerts. An alert does not reserve stock; confirm pickup availability on Apple’s checkout page.
Does monitoring continue when I close the page?
Created tasks run on the server schedule. Browser and sound alerts require the stock page to stay open. Other notifications depend on the channel you configure.
How often are checks made?
Checks follow the server schedule and subscriptions share results. Retries are spaced further apart when Apple requests fail. The page shows current status and the latest results.
