Is iPhone Duo a foldable iPhone?
Yes. The official model name is iPhone Duo. “iPhone Duo fold” describes its folding design, rather than a separate model.

The inner display is 7.6 inches and the outer display is 5.4 inches. Depth is 5.2mm open and 11.3mm closed. Display diagonals use rectangular measurements; actual viewable areas are smaller.
Does the iPhone Duo camera have a dedicated telephoto lens?
The rear cameras are a 48MP main and a 48MP ultra wide. The main camera provides optical-quality 2x framing; that is not a separate telephoto lens.
